At Your Way Care Providers, you’ll always see familiar faces, have open chats and receive care that actually reflects your goals. Our team is hands-on, approachable and fully committed to making your experience feel calm, easy and tailored to you. And because we’re family-run, that sense of trust and consistency is part of everything we do.
You’ll often find our participants at local parks, weekend markets or enjoying the Brisbane sunshine by the water.
We’re big fans of a good café stop, sometimes support looks like sharing a cuppa and a chat.
From time to time, there may be a friendly dog in the mix, we believe in a warm and relaxed vibe.
Being based in Wynnum means we know all the best community hubs, hidden gems and accessible activities.
Your Way Care Providers was built from the ground up by Katharine Waipouri, who began her journey in the NDIS sector as a support worker. After years of providing one-on-one care through an agency, Katharine made the shift to independent support in 2020, driven by a desire to offer something more personal, flexible and grounded in real connection.
In 2023, that vision became a registered NDIS provider. Today, we’re a family-operated team offering services across Brisbane and the Redlands, helping people feel respected, heard and supported in a way that truly fits their lives.
We’re honest, transparent and accountable in everything we do, doing what’s right, even when no one’s watching.
Your goals, your choices, your voice, we shape our support around what truly matters most to you each day.
We work together with you, your family and other providers to make sure support feels seamless and connected.
We follow NDIS standards closely while making sure our care stays personal, respectful and consistently high in quality.
Whether you’re ready to get started with our disability support or just curious to learn more, feel free to reach out, we’re here to help with anything you need.
We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we operate and recognise their continuing connection to land, water, and community. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present, and emerging.
